    Phase 1 — Foundation

    Electricity with a dedicated transformer, workers' facilities, on-site brick and concrete production, internal roads and site perimeter. (In progress.)

  2. 2

    Phase 2 — First residential cluster

    First housing cluster, pilot shops, first playground, initial planting and landscaping.

  3. 3

    Phase 3 — Community services

    Small clinic, small school, recreational water feature, and expanded green spaces.

  4. 4

    Phase 4 — Commercial and future

    Covered and open commercial zone, future guest and student housing, community square, and long-term vision.
